How to Apply for the Tires Plus Credit Card

  • Date of birth

  • Previous address
  • Mailing address (including city and state)
  • Email address

Step 3: Enter your financial information. This is necessary due to security reasons and to ensure that your credit history is fit enough for you to apply for the Tires Plus Credit Card. The information required includes your:

  • Social security number
  • Drivers license number
  • State associated with the license
  • Annual gross income
  • Residence status
