Those who already bank with First Citizens Bank (FCB) and have just received one of their credit cards in the mail have the good fortune of being able to manage their accounts with an amazing online portal. Upon registration and login, you will be able to review past statements, transfer money from your other accounts, make payments and otherwise completely manage your credit card without ever leaving the comfort of your home. Some may find the secure registration, log in process, or card activation confusing so we’ve compiled a step by step guide to assist you in your navigation through FCB’s website.
First you must navigate to the secure login page and supply your Customer ID and on a secondary page, your password.
Forgotten security credentials are easily accessed through either the Forgot user Customer ID? or Forgot user Password? links provided below the login field. In either case you will need to supply your ATM/Debit Car Number, PIN, Zip Code and either your Customer ID or your Password depending on the situation. Once this has been provided, you will be on your way to resetting/retrieving your missing data.
Card activation cannot be done online, you must instead call the number provided above and follow the directory to the appropriate extension where you will be able to speak with a FCB customer service representative.
